M/s. Burger Cooling Towers Inc., U.S.A have approved ‘COOLFLO’ fans for use in their cooling tower projects in India. At a Nuclear power Plant, RAPP,Kota, 9 Nos. of fans of 28ft. dia. were supplied for a Refinery Cooling Tower Project of M/s Burger, at Haldia during 1990.

M/s. Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Chennai , leading mega project turn-key contractors have also sourced their 4Nos. of 28 ft. dia . fans for cooling tower project at their Cement plant at Awarpur, Maharashtra and 3 Nos. of 22 ft. dia. fans for cooling tower of their DHDS Project Cochin Refineries,Cochin, Kerala, during early 1999.

In the year 2000, M/S.MarleyAsiaPacific, Malaysia have procured fans from COOLFLO for their cooling tower project in Indonesia in which 6 nos. 28 Ft.Dia. and 4 nos.24 Ft.Dia. fans were supplied.

M/s. GEA Cooling Tower Technologies(I) Pvt.Ltd. have utilized “COOLFLO” fans for their CT projects & AC Condenser projects since the year 2000. Recently 12 Nos. of 10.00 Mtr. dia. fans have been supplied for their cooling tower project. Also, 12 nos. of 28 Ft. & 32 Ft. Dia. fans have been supplied for AIR-COOLED CONDENSOR project.

M/S.Hamon Shriram Cottrell Pvt.Ltd. for their fans of sizes from 4.27 Mtr. Dia. to 10.00 Mtr. dia. have used COOLFLO Fans for prestigious clients like Thermax, Madhucon, BHEL, RINL, VSP etc.

During 2011,M/S. Gammon Cooling Towers Ltd have also sourced fans of sizes from 2.13 Mtr. & 7.93 Mtr. for their Export jobs and RINL projects.

FIN-FAN COOLERS / AIR-COOLED CONDENSORS :

In 1991, 12 ft. & 14 ft. diameter ‘COOLFLO” FRP blade fans were developed to replace existing Aluminium blade fans at a Petrochemical Complex(IPCL,Vadodara) Fin-Fan Cooler with substantial improvements in outlet temperature of the heat-exchangers. ‘COOLFLO’ fan, due to higher efficiency could deliver more airflow while consuming same power as that of existing fan. These fans are performing well since 1991. Similarly, Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd., replaced existing Aluminum blade fans with ‘COOLFLO” fans for improvements in outlet temperature of the PACOL air-cooler.(joint test reports can be supplied on request) ‘COOLFLO’ fans have also proven to achieve energy savings when compared to replaced Metallic blade fans in air-fin coolers of Mahul Refinery at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Mumbai.

Over the years, a major Petroproducts Co., Reliance Industries Ltd., Patalganga, has also progressively replaced more than 300 Aluminium blade fans with ‘COOLFLO’ FRP fans and have achieved substantial 20% energy savings at the same duty conditions. Due to the proven performance benefits with FRP fans, IOCL, Mathura, replaced 50 Nos of existing Aluminium blade fans of Russian make with ‘COOLFLO’ fans.

In three different locations in Tamilnadu: Ind Bharat Power Gen Com Ltd., Empee Sugars and Kamachi Power, there were low vacuum problems resulting in Power Generation losses, due to mal-performance of existing 9725 mm dia. & 8534 mm dia. Fans. At BMM Ispat, Hospet,India with 9725 mm dia.similar problems occurred with existing Fans. COOLFLO fans have been installed & proven to deliver higher air flow with reduced power consumption and resulted in resolving the Vacuum problems resulting improved Power Generation capability.
